How it works
Popularity rank
Works like a movie site's popularity chart. Every streamer starts from a baseline based on how big they are. On top of that, the last 7 days count: every vote and every visit to their page adds heat, and newer activity counts more.
So when someone's in the middle of drama and everyone's looking them up and voting, they shoot up the list. When it calms down, they drift back.
The green and red numbers show how many places someone moved since last week.
Likeness
Runs from −1000 to 100. Everyone starts at 80.
Likes can only push a streamer up to 100. Dislikes hit much harder: the first one costs about 13 points, 20 dislikes land around −160, and a few hundred can drag someone toward −1000.
Votes lose half their weight every week, so a streamer recovers once people stop piling on.

Voting
You need an account to vote. Each account gets one vote per streamer per day: a like or a dislike. You can switch it or take it back until midnight UTC, then you can vote again.
Accounts made to stuff the ballot get banned and their votes stop counting.
